How can I book in?
You can customise and book your school. Please book via the options below.
Please note bookings need to be 2 weeks in advance. Minimum 10 Students.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email from [email protected] with a booking confirmation message with all your booking details.
What should the guests wear?
We recommend all guests wear warm, comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in. Dress warmly but layer up! While it’s cold on the ice, once you start moving it can be quite a workout! Don’t forget long socks and gloves are always a good idea!
What time should we arrive?
Everyone should aim to arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of the party, to make sure everyone is ready to meet their host at your meeting point on time.
Can I bring my own food?
The Icehouse does not permit outside food into the venue due to our health and safety standards and the allergen risks associated.
Can I get a refund for any no-shows on the day?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any difference on numbers inside 3 business days of excursion.
Teachers skate free?
All attending teachers must fill in the ‘Teachers Skate Free’ before arrival. This also allows teachers to skate outside of school excursions at any time during public skating sessions.

INTRODUCTION TO SKATING
Our most popular schools program includes a 30 minute introductory skating lesson from one of our qualified coaches, and one hour of free skate time to show off their skills.
Want to keep them going? Combine this program with curling or ice-hockey to really give your students something to talk about. For more information see our All-Day Sessions.

RECREATIONAL SKATING
Looking at outside of school hours? Well this session is offered during evening and weekend sessions only and is perfect if your students already have their ice-legs!

| Sessions | 1.5hr sessions run Monday and Wednesday 6:15pm – 10pm (School holidays only for Monday and Wednesday), Tuesday and Thursday 7pm – 10pm, Saturday 11am – 11pm and Sunday 9am – 9pm. |
CURLING
Curling is taking the ice sports world by storm – a very slowly moving storm – and is increasingly endorsed as one of the most fun of the ice sports that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. Curling will be easily enjoyed by every member of your class, regardless of their skill level.

ICE HOCKEY
Get your students working together as a team with an ice hockey session lead by one of our expert coaches. They will take your students through the rules of the game, essential ice hockey skills, and a shot at a game of their own.

ICEHOUSE x ARTVO ADVENTURES
Combine our introduction to skating with a visit to our neighbours ArtVo!
